Pieces of Metal Belt (?) with Dangling Charms

Were not quite sure what this is but seems to possibly be pieces of a waist chain/belt.
Longer piece approx 19 inches wide with 6 inch dangling charms.
Fun jingley piece, obviously needs repair or to create something new!
